goRoster Timesheet Export

goRoster have created an Ezypay Export Format that matches our standard payroll format.

You just need to select the Ezypay format when as per the instructions below.

You can change the settings in the Account Settings > Payroll Software or can also be set on Individual Rosters.

It would also be useful if you update the Employee Code filed to match the Employee Code in Platinum.

This can be done as per the screen below and you find this by Editing an Employee.

If the employee is on a Salary, then tick 'Exclude from Payroll Export'. A salaried employee gets their hours generated automatically by the Payroll.
