FERGUS - Job Management Software

We have reports about Timesheets that can be exported as CSV files.

Pay Summary Report is the main one that other users utilize when processing their payroll. However, since we do not have any integration with any payroll software, it may work for some but not for others. 

As for adding Leave days in Fergus, they may use Custom Time Entry to record the Leave days in Timesheet. 

However, if they are looking into adding them into the Calendar. They may blockout times/days just so there would be a reference for the holiday/s

They can make a Custom Event in the Calendar for these. These are events that are not linked to a job and can be used to book out time, e.g. for meetings, appointments etc.

So, open the Calendar, and select a Date. Then, click on any slot in the Calendar.

Once the Event dialogue box appears, they may customise based on the Staff's or Public holiday details.

Note: It would be best to make an Event that is Recurring Daily - se tDuration to the User's normal working hours and then Start/End Dates are set to the Start/End of their holiday.


Once done, please click on the Save button.
