Importing Leave balances to BamBoo

If you are using the BamBoo HR system then you may want to import Leave Balances from us. It is critical that there is only one source of data when it comes to Leave Balances and that should be the payroll.

We can provide you with a Leave Adjustment File that will reset your balances in BamBoo to what they are currently (as at the last pay period end date) in the Payroll.

To upload the file login to Bamboo and navigate to Manage > Import, click on Table Data and follow the instructions from there.
