FORM NAME | DESCRIPTION |
ACC Checklist | Used to record when an Employee goes on long-term ACC |
Authority to Deduct Money | This must be used, and signed by the Employee, for any non-statutory deductions |
Contractor Setup | Used to add a New Contractor |
Employee Bank Account Change | Requests to change an Employee's Bank Account must be signed by the Employee |
Employee Request to Cash-Up Leave | Requests to Cash-Up Leave. With Annual Leave this is limited to One Week per Entitlement Year |
Employee Setup | Used to add New Starters |
Employee Termination | Used to advise us to Terminate an Employee |
Employee Maintenance | Used to advise us of changes for existing Employees. This is a multiple-employee form so you can record changes for more than one employee |
